אז ככה.. סבתא שלי הייתה ממש ממש חולה בשנים האחרונות. היה לה משו בלב. ובתחילת השנה היא עשתה ניתוח לב פתוח וב"ה הכל מעולה והיא עכשיו כאילו צעירה בלפחות 10 שנים..
היא אדם מדהים ואני כ"כ קרובה אליה.. אין לכם מושג עד כמה.. (אולי יש לכם- היא זו שאני אצלה כל הזמן וכותבת מהבית שלה..)
בשבת הבאה יש לסבא יומולדת 70, אז עושים שבת ענקית בבית שלהם.. ובסעודה ביום, הזמנו מלא חברים וכו' (ויש גם קידוש בבית כנסת.. חח) ועושים יומולדת לסבא ומסיבת הודיה לסבתא..
ואני הנכדה הבכורה.. אז אני מדברת.
אז כתבתי משו, זה באנגלית.. וזה מבוסס על עקבות בחול.. (מי שמכיר..)

One night I had a dream.
In the dream, I was walking along with Hashem on the beach.
Across the dark sky, flashed many scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed there where three sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Hashem, the other one belonged to Booba and Zaida and the last one was mine and my siblings.
When the past few years scenes flashed before my eyes, I looked at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that along the path, sometimes there where only two sets of footprints in the sand.
When the scenes of the past year flashed before my eyes, I noticed something even stranger. In the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints in the sand.
This bothered me and so I questioned Hashem about it.
“Hashem, you said that once my family and I decide to follow you, you’d walk with us all the time. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in our life, there are fewer than three sets of footprints. I don’t understand why when we needed you most, you would leave us.”
Hashem replied. “My precious, precious child. I love you and would never leave you, your family or grandparents. During the times of trial and suffering, when you only saw two sets of footprints in the sand, it was your very special Booba and Zaida carrying you and your siblings. During the most difficult times in life, and especially over the past year, when you only saw one set of footprints in the sand- it was then that I carried you and your grandparents.”
