I'd only wish to have you.
Not for keeps, not just for now

But then again, if I got that wish,
then greed might take a hold.
I know I'd want to extend those days
and keep you for ever to hold.
I know I was meant to meet you,
for reasons I do not yet know.
Maybe, someone looked upon us,
and knew of the love that would grow.
They say that in this tangled life,
there is someone out there for all.
And my someone is here now,
I'm so glad that I did not miss the call.
People can look forever
for someone to fill that lonely hole in life
and still never find the person
that will make everything alright.
No one really needs to look,
for love will always seek out
two people that are made for each other,
of this I have no doubt.
I wasn't particularly looking,
for the person I know now is right.
I know he wasn't looking either,
it's like someone turned on a light.
Looking back on the day that I knew he'd be mine,
It's easy for me to see
After he looked me straight in the eye,
I knew he was meant for me.
I am quite happy to wait for as long as it takes,
to keep him for my own.
He is worth every minute, and hour of every day,
for that he has already shown.
I do not doubt our feelings for one minute,
have no doubts what they all mean.
But occasionally I get those strange moments
where I think it is all a nice dream.

MEANT.... זה העבר של MEAN... "אני יודעת שנועדנו להפגש"
ועוד משהו... אל תעבירו על זה ביקורת אם אתם לא יודעים לקרוא את זה..
גם אני לא הבנתי הכל מילה במילה...
